Notes from the press
Ran this one for a single harvest. The banana-mochi side came through clean, but the funk came from a Caryophyllene expression specific to that lot, and once the farm rotated out we couldn't repress it honestly. We retired it instead of shipping a softer version under the same name. Sweet, doughy, slightly tropical when you caught it. If you're chasing the banana side now, Gas Nana on our solventless line is where that flavor lives.
