Halara's First Solventless Rosin AIO Is Here

The Short Version

We filled our first batch of solventless rosin all-in-ones this week. 1,000 units, three strains, California only. They should start hitting dispensary shelves within the next week or so.

This is the first time we've put solventless rosin into an AIO format. We've had rosin carts for a while, and the Resin Sauce AIO has been out since March, but a true solventless all-in-one is something we've been wanting to do for a long time. So yeah. It's finally here.

What Makes It Different

If you've read our piece on what rosin actually is, you know the basics. Solventless means the oil is extracted using only ice and pressure. No butane, no CO2, no chemical solvents touching the plant at any point.

The result is an oil that tastes different from everything else we make. Cleaner, more flavorful, closer to what the flower actually smells and tastes like before it gets processed. There's a reason people who try solventless tend to stick with it.

The oil for this run comes from Heritage Hash up in Mendocino. If you know the California solventless scene, you know that name. They produce some of the best hash rosin in the state, and getting to work with them on this line is lovely.

Why an AIO?

We already make rosin in 510 cart format. So why bother with an AIO?

A few reasons. The AIO format is where the market is heading. In California, all-in-ones now outsell traditional 510 carts. In New York, AIOs are 59% of the vape market. People want something that's ready to go out of the box.

Our anti-clog hardware also makes a real difference with thicker oils like rosin. Solventless oil is naturally thicker than distillate or even resin sauce, which means it's more prone to clogging in cheaper hardware. Our glass tank and anti-clog tech handle it without issues. That matters when you're paying a premium for solventless oil and you don't want half the cart stuck in a clogged mouthpiece.

And honestly, we just think it's a better experience. The AIO format, the solventless oil, the hardware that actually works with thick concentrates. This feels like the product we've been building toward since we started the "Taste the Flower" line.

The First Three Strains

We filled three strains for this initial run. Super Boof is the standout (and I'm not just saying that because it's my personal favorite). The full strain lineup and terpene profiles will be on our product pages as they go live.

If these sell the way we think they will, we'll expand the strain selection. But we wanted to start small and get the quality right before scaling up.

Where to Find It

California dispensaries only for now. This is a limited first run of 1,000 units, so availability will be spotty until we get a better sense of demand.

Check our store finder to see which dispensaries near you carry Halara. If your local shop doesn't have the solventless AIO yet, ask them about it. Shops that already carry our Resin Sauce line are the most likely to stock it first.

How It Fits Into the Lineup

If you're new to how our products are organized, here's the quick version:

Naturally Smooth is our High THC and High CBD line. Distillate-based, smooth, consistent. Most people start here.

Taste the Flower is our premium extraction line. This includes Resin Sauce (solvent-based but full spectrum) and now Solventless Rosin (ice and pressure only). If you care about terpene expression and want something closer to the actual flower experience, this is the line.

The Rosin AIO sits at the top of the Taste the Flower lineup. It's the cleanest extraction method we offer, in the most convenient format we make.
